Ana battled through several injuries while training for the marathon. Ana followed a conservative plan that capitalized on her many years of experience. Congratulations Ana!!!
Long time BR.Com athlete, Scot Jezik, nailed another personal best this weekend with a 1:12:58 for ten miles. Scot described his improvement best when he said, "To put it into perspective ... my 5K times 2 years ago were at a 7:19 pace and now I am running 10 miles at that pace is blowing my mind .. never thought I would improve that much ... thanks for all of your help"
Way to go Scot!
